Through Education Out Loud funding the coalition had an opportunity to establish County Education Network in Turkana and Garissa County to fight for the right of Education for every child, including refugee children, since these are the only counties in Kenya that host refugees through Kakuma and Dadaab camps respectively.
The Coalition engaged various stakeholders including the county director of education office, county government and Civil Society Organizations. One organization to take a lead was identified in each county
